Living in this building has been a great experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and always feels welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, while the maintenance staff addresses requests quickly and efficiently. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major highways, making everyday life much easier. I appreciate how well the common areas are kept and the overall sense of pride throughout the property. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

Poor Management. Closing the Bar when it was a main attraction to moving in was a bad decision. That was a deal breaker for me. I will not currently be renewing my lease.

I adore The Park at Woodbridge Station! The amenities are so resourceful, and my apartment is spacious and new. Another luxury that I love, is that we are right across the street from the New Jersey Transit Woodbridge Station.

My experience has been mostly positive. The community is generally quiet and well-kept, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time. There are still a few areas that could be improved, but overall it’s been a good place to live.

I am a resident for 2 years now and Lately I feel like things have been more organized and the new staff in the office is very polite and attentive. They help and they try and find solutions to any issues you may have. It has been more peaceful, the only thing I didn't give 5 stars for is that sometimes it smells like marijuana in the hallways. I know it is not the staffs fault (They do everything in their power to make us all feel super comfortable) but maybe there can be more screening questions and really crack down on those that break the non smoking rule, whatever it may be. It really is not a great feeling to walk in the hallways and smell that. Maybe put some plugins to mask the smells throughout the hallways? Sometimes I spray when I can smell it. Other than that the staff now is amazing and attentive and caring. Makes it feel like a community and they help in any way they can. I will definitely be renewing my lease next year! Happy to be living in this community.

Great apartment building with proximity to train station and bus stops, grocery stores, supermarkets and more. Love the lounges on each floor for hanging out with friends and neighbors. Roof top space is really cool with barbeques available for residents. Staff is courteous and nice!

The Park at Woodbridge Station was an incredible choice. The amenities are unmatched, especially the Fitness Room! Having a Stairmaster allowed me to save money by cancelling a gym membership.

Quality has declined since recent staff changes. Shared spaces and curb appeal are neglected. Noise issues continue despite quiet hours. It took days of emails just to get dog urine cleaned. While there have been SOME improvements, these occurred only after I sent multiple emails, which feels reactive rather than proactive. At the same time, they've "fixed" things that didn't need to be fixed, like changing the community calendar to a font that’s nearly unreadable. The staff isn't personable. When I greet the new service supervisor, I am often met with a blank stare. They only greet other residents when they're in the middle of a tour, which feels performative. Today, for example, I was working on the rooftop and the CM approached me out of nowhere to start a conversation while he was touring. Read the room dude. The focus during tours should be on the guest, not on staging fake interactions with passersby. Needless to say, I miss Alyssa and am looking forward to her return.

Management and the staff at The Park at Woodbridge have went out of their way to understand any concerns and try their best with what they can do to help each resident have a pleasant living experience. The community events are greats and the food trucks are a great addition to the community. The staff is caring and help in any way they can. Management and the rest of the team do their best in ensuring everyone follows policy and everyone can have a peaceful loving experience. In any environment there are always resident that try to break rules, but the team here will do their best to solve the issue. I’m grateful and thankful for everything they do and I know it is not easy. Thank you 😊

I’ve been living in this apartment for two years now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient—close to public transit, grocery stores, and some nice restaurants. The unit itself is modern with updated appliances, decent insulation (I rarely hear neighbors), and plenty of natural light. Maintenance is responsive and usually resolves issues within a day or two, which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place in a great neighborhood.

Will not renew Lease nest year. Unfortunately had to this year. Looking for something else. Too expensive and the ghetto vibe in the building is real. While we pay top price for a luxury experience, the affordable housing is taking over and it is not fair that I pay double what they do. I work hard and it's not what I want to come home to at night. Hallways sometimes smell like weed, because the smoking policy is not enforced. Any question I have is met with an attitude. Revolving door in the office. Around the building is full of dog poo from residents who don't respect the property. I'm over it. I'm not gonna pay top dollar plus parking and water and gas and storage for a "luxury" building that doesn't really provide a luxury service. The only plus side is the amazon hub and the mailroom, that sometimes is an issue because packages get lost in the back of the shelve and we can't reach it. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who is expecting a luxury experience. Buy a home instead!

Experience so far has been great, however the degradation of the dog park has been disappointing. It's too muddy and people haven't been cleaning up after their pets.

Train horn throughout the day and night. Trucks backing into post office making deliveries from 2am-7am. Back-up alarm wakes me up every night. Can't leave the windows open. Haven't slept with the windows open once since moving here due to the noise. Trucks idling. Loading and unloading carts during sleeping hours. Inconsiderate neighbors who leave pet urine in hallways, elevator and garage. Bug issue since day one. Exterminator was in apartment and issue continues. Inconsiderate tenant using the lounge room as her bedroom. In there most of the day with her bare feet on the furniture. Sleeps in the lounge room, reported with picture, nothing was done about it. Drunks leaving the bar in the early morning hours urinating behind dumpsters and screaming. Motorcycles racing down N James Street. Kids running up and down the hallways with parents behind them not caring. Next door tenant is a marijuana user. Every time I pass by I have to smell the stench. Luxury apartments? LOL....NOT.

Move in was quick and easy. After approval the emails will notify and remind you what to do in a timely manner to have a smooth move in. The leasing agents are also there to ask questions. They leasing agents answer very quickly to missed calls and emails. Common areas were clean and organized. Unit was clean and ready for move in. I didn’t do an in person tour and the unit looked exactly like the virtual tour.

I feel at peace living here. The staff is superb. The maintenance team is also doing a greattt job..the only issue I have is about the noise heard by the one staying below us while we are walking or if someone starts washing machine we can feel the vibrations. That’s pretty annoying.

I lived in a house with so many people growing up. So living in a community like this is a peace of cake. You will have issues with other tenants but that comes with living so close together. Just don’t take things to personal. The staff here is great very helpful.

The Park at Woodbridge Station is a beautiful well maintained building with a warm responsive staff, like Alyssa and Russ, who keep things running smoothly. The new maintenance staff is focused on keeping the interior and the surrounding exterior of the building clean which of course is of utmost importance to a pest free environment, as well as, the aesthetic appeal. I especially love the fresh vase of flowers every week in the lobby. The tenants are pleasant and most friendly including the dogs which add to the warmth of community living. The rooftop is a wonderful escape any time of day into the night to have a drink, BBQ, or enjoy the sunset and the firepit if there's a chill. And of course there's the Park Bar. A great place to chill out after a long day. Catch up with neighbors, have a few laughs and not worry about driving home. I love the location which enables me to walk to the train, the park, and Main street! Love living here!

It’s been almost a year since we moved into this building. So far, everything is good. The management is nice and has good attitude. The only thing that still seems to be the problem in this building is people screaming and running the halls and the rooftop.

The reason I didn't rate the park five stars is due to my unit being near the post office, where the noise from the mail trucks at 4 am is quite disruptive. Additionally, I'd prefer if the events hosted in the building could start later in the evening. Unfortunately, I usually get home from work after the events have already concluded, missing the opportunity to enjoy them. On a positive note, I absolutely appreciate the building and the staff. They're fantastic, always responding to our needs promptly and with kindness. The events themselves are wonderful when I'm able to attend.

So far our experience here at The Park at Woodbridge Station has been great. They maintain cleanliness regularly and are very pet friendly with a dog park right outside. Sometimes there’s same people at the movie rooms they offer. ( it’s like they made it their second home) so we can’t access it when ever we want. Also, kids constantly running in the hallways even past quiet hours. But besides that, everything’s been great!

I really enjoy having the amenities like The Park Bar and roof top. It gives all the residents a chance to get to know one another. The staff here is great! They are all so kind and helpful. It would be nice if their offices felt more “open door”. It’s a little awkward to have to knock and wait for someone to be available. I believe it would feel a little more welcoming having the ability for immediate visibility. I do wish we had a dog grooming/bathing station on premise. That would be so much more convenient. My experience here has been very nice !

First, Mark was great throughout my application process and helped us secure an apartment before arriving from Jacksonville, Fl. It had to be completed over the phone and through email, which had to come with a lot of trust. The location has not disappointed. Second, the apartment and proximity to restaurants is great. everything is ok but the thermometer in my bedroom i snot working. it has an ERR sign. and the bathroom in my master is wasting water. Everytime I flush i have to remove the top and depress the floater so it wont stick.need someone to check that other than that i am fine

Excellent amenities and maintenance so far. Staff and management are very attentive to questions and needs. Pet policy is great as well. No issues with packages. Guest parking is lacking.

It's pretty good to be here at The Park ... good view and excellent rooms... it's awesome community rooms, lounges, and the very excellent roof top.. I really like to be here.

Each day I cannot wait to get home to the calmness and quietness of the Park at Woodbridge Station. There is a peaceful atmosphere here…It truly is home. The management staff are always the same, kind and understanding. You would never know if they are having a bad day. The maintenance staff attends to your needs is a timely and professional manner. I am grateful and proud to call this place my home.

Overall an amazing place to live for all ages. Great staff, events, and amenities. Would appreciate more gym equipment though like barbel, assisted pull-ups/dips machine, etc.

The community events are fun! It would also be nice if there were featured fitness classes together every once in a while at the gym. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I also appreciate emails on what's going on in the community (Taste of Main St, Main St Winterfest, etc.).

The Park at Woodbridge is a great community with well maintained lounges, gyms and other amenities at every floor. The lease office and maintenance staff are very friendly and approachable. The location is also perfect as its opposite to the Woodbridge station and right in heart of the downtown.

Staying at The Park Woodbridge Apartments is the best experience , very neat and clean with great ammenities Love love my stay here, definately a very great place to stay for anyone , close to downtown , train station which is a great for commuters So convenient location
